Elemental Shamans have it really easy, you can just macro your entire rotation into one button..
Wish that was true!
Elemental rotation takes a lot of devotion,do you think it's easy to keep pressing the same 3 buttons for 2 hours?
You know, there's no boss fight that takes 2 hours, and I imagine you'll throw some chain lightning in on trash pulls. So yeah. 4 buttons. :P
I think you'll find it's 2 buttons if you macro it right :)
Also, my friends hate me for that macro; I can just spam the hell out of that and play some console game or watch a show while doing it.

Frost mages = simplest rotation - Frost bolt a million times
Ret Paladin = 2nd easiest rotation - Faceroll button bubble walk away. Seal of Blood/Divine Storm/Crusader Strike/Wait wait wait okay now judge.
Elemental shaman = 2nd easiest rotation
Feral Druids and Affliction Locks - Longest and toughest rotations
Unholy dk's have a pretty long rotation.

Getting the rotation perfect, even while solo'ing when I don't get the full effect of rip, makes a big difference ( Pounce -> mangle -> FF -> Shred -> Rake (if needed) -> Rip -> Mangle -> Savage roar).
You rip before you savage roar? whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?
