Plus i said this when i tried to imagine dwarf shaman with gladiator set... it came into my head just so dumb looking...

This would be like an native american medicine man setting up shop in the vatican. Theyre two completely conflicting religious beliefs. This means no dwarf shamans and no tauren paladins.
I think that your example here is misplaced. Yes I would agree that a native american medicine man as you put it, setting up shop in the vatican would be absurd. But that's a role conflict with a
single person
in the race of
humans
In humanity you have people of different beliefs (classes), you have native americans and catholics etc, and there is nothing wrong with that.
In WoW you can't be 2 classes at the same time (which is what your example alludes to). There will be no shamans worshiping the holy light. Just shamans and paladins separately. There's nothing wrong with people within the same race to have different views
