Wow. So you're allergic to counting? Aren't you just special!
yeah man, Ad hominem fallacies are a proper way to get your point across
oh
I didn't see Darxus claim credit for anything.
It says "Darxus posted:" and he doesn't give anyone else credit.
In fact, his posts seem to have some of the lowest of obnoxiousness in the whole forum! If anything, most of the theoretical content here is plaguarised from EJ anyway, so who is anyone here to take credit?
Examples?
By Zarquon, what am I doing? It's 5 AM here ._.

Ad-Hom, it ain't.
A personal attack with no other substance, performed in an attempt to win an arguement without attacking the actual arguement? That's Ad Hominem.
Wow. So you're allergic to counting? Aren't you just special! is a personal attack without any other substance, performed in an attempt to win an arguement without attacking the actual arguement.
That's Ad Hominem.
Just as Caps Lock is "Cruise Control for Cool", a common trend within online forums is people who entrench their superiority complex with a measured variable; usually a post count.
Uh, ok.
As good as it makes Lynri feel to pop on six times a day and respond to 20+ posts, he's really achieving nothing more than self-satisfaction;
And
(A) Giving people information directly.
(B) Redirecting people to stickies.
Also, self-staisfaction? Uh, correct me if I'm wrong, but you're not Lynri, right? You don't have psychic powers, right? So how do you know what it makes him feel?
Yet he lashes out at a forum youngster for reaching a hand out to the same folk Lynri does; in the same fashion!
The same fashion? Uh, no.
Lynri relays the information via responses.
He created a totally new topic.
BIG
difference.
THE IRONY!
Ok, this annoys me. That is *NOT* irony. At all.
Bender, if you wouldn't mind...
Bender:
The use of words expressing something than their literal intention, now that IS irony!
Thank you, Bender.
Hey, I got an idea,
Ok.
why not just lock every forum
I don't think you've thought this through...
because all the information you could ever need is in the Stickies! Why post at all? :D
Because all new information and ideas are constantly occuring? (And no, this topic contains no new information or ideas)
He doesn't have to; he isn't claiming credit for it.
It has his name on it and he doesn't citate any other sources. He is taking credit for it.
Examples?Of what? Obnoxiousness or the EJ plaguarism?
Why not both?

From the very start, Lynri, had no problem with Darxus posting. Why aren't your reading what he is saying instead of puffing out your chest with egotistical indignation? He has stated several times that the topic should have been placed in the appropriate thread. However you have no desire to do it that way, because then it wouldn't show how smart you are, and well we all know that's what you are after right.
Look I know Darxus wasn't trying to toot his own horn, I used that example to simply illustrate your own nonsensical logic that all Lynri is trying to do is show how smart he is. From the dozen or so threads that I have read that Lynri and the other 4 main DK posters have written. I have found their responses to my own and many other sometimes noob responses to be well thought out and clearly explained without attacking me in any way. If I disagree they simply ask me to prove my theory and then come to them with it. Heck, Lynri (and his giant superior ego) even posted a build that he finds to be ridiculous (that being the obliterate Blood build).
I disagree with him from time to time (Plague Strike is a waste of a rune for any Frost, being my main disagreement) especially when it comes to Frost tanking, and he has yet to call me out or treat me like an idiot. I have attempted to talk to the guys on Elitist Jerks who have fallen far far behind in their theoritcal updates, and get blasted for my lack of in depth mathematical analysis. You can jump up and down and scream how Darxus was treated unfairly, and perhaps he was. However, the DK threads are littered with misinformation that many people take as the truth because someone posted them. Now if Darkus would have posted his update to one of the tanking threads, it most likely would have been welcomed with open arms. Even though I disagree with several choices in gear, he came across well intended.
Get off your own ego trip Dy! Most of Lynri's posts are contained in the threads he has posted regarding The dps trees in which he has asked numerous times for help. A little research and a little less eagerness to jump all over someone would have helped you out there.

Why do you want Morbidity it doesn't do anything for threat generation? It simply allows you a faster cooldown on DnD, that won't generate or make you a better tank, and saving a few seconds on DnD will allow you to drop it a second time at the tail end of a fight? Not sure how that could be considered something you need. If a tank doesn't have Morbidity it doesn't mean anything as to his skill or abilities now if he is a frost lacking imp frost or several of the other essentials that would be a problem, but morbidity is simply a toss in.
For Beginning tanks the easiest tanking places for heroics are UK/DTK/Gundrak after the first boss. Halls of Stone is tough, but manageable. Violet Hold and Nexus are great places to get some work in. Halls of Lightning and Utgarde Pinnacle are not too bad, but make sure you have some good dps with you. I would leave off AN/OK/OCC until you are geared for them, they are truly pains to tank, requiring precision, knowledge of the pulls and knowledge of the bosses that is absolutely essential for a tank. OK is my least favorite to tank just a real pain in the butt all the way through. AN is a pain only because that first boss is all timers.

awesome, seems like gyphon stole my post spot...
Im tanking most heroics with only 510 Defence rating. While i do take bigger hits, i haven't died from it yet.
And AN is not the hardest, Old Kingdom is, whoza...
