New tooltip for
Shadowform
. No more haste scaling on SW:P. Guess they were afraid of Speed Potion plus Black Magic proc hasting SW:P for the whole fight. Then you switch to a SP weapon for the rest of the fight once you get Black Magic haste into your SW:P.
Boo.

Yeh, i think allowing it with just VE and maybe DP would be enough. then SW:P is your constant DoT damage

They most likely removed it from Shadowform and turned it into a glyph, seeing as Warlock needs a glyph for DoT haste, and Druid needs a glyph for HoT haste.

I see the link, but where's the source? I looked at the WoWhead PTR stuff and the WoW Website PTR stuff.

EDIT:
http://www.mmo-champion.com/news-2/patch-3-3-ptr-build-10805/
Shadowform tooltip has been clarified for haste benefits : grants Devouring Plague and Vampiric Touch the ability to benefit from haste.

Ah I was looking under the blue tracker. Silly me. Either way, I wonder how (in)significant this will be for us.

Doesn't SW:Pain LOSE proc effects when it gets refreshed? At least, that's what I read in guides, that each time it gets refreshed by Pain and Suffering, it gets set to your current level of SP, haste, crit ect. meaning after the proc was gone, it'd go back to normal SP, crit, haste, ect.
Like I said, they're probably going to make a glyph out of it, so Warlock and Druid won't QQ that they need to glyph and Spriest doesn't.
