The first couple of months I was a confessed clicker. Every action, no matter how mundane, was activated through clicking.
Being a former WC3 player, however, I remembered the usefulness of keybindings, and how it served a pivotal role in carrying out complex micro and macro commands, and I began to try to emulate that playing style.
It has taken me damn well near a year to perfect, but I am now able to issue nearly every command entirely without using the mouse to activate them. Only my HS, profession skills and my paperdoll are still clicked into being.
I cannot stress how big a difference it has made in my way of playing, not having to bother looking at an action bar. I feel much more in touch with the flow of the game and it serves me greatly as a tank, as I can now command a much wider view of the raid's situation and adapt.
It will always be a trial to shift from mouse to keyboard but there is no denying the superiority of the keyboard playing style. Just bear with it and you WILL turn out a more competent player in the end.

Keyboard for the win. It does take some adjusting to though. I use Dominos so I can see what I need too while keeping my rotation right under my feet.

The only fault you did was to use mouse for movement, you should only use mouse for turning camera, clicking mobs, and in some cases clicking a button.
Movement = WASD keys.
And spells, personally i use 1-6 numbers, and then i use the buttons surrounding the WASD keys for quick reach and with a modiefier on alt and shift for even more combinations.

Both.
Tanking as a warrior generally means I click most of my abilities save 3:
1- Taunt
2 -Heroic Strike
F1 - the 'oh crap' button for my cooldown blowing macro
I click all the rest of my abilities as needed. The other keybinds I use frequently are for quickly marking monsters - like 5-0 keys are skull, x, square, etc
This style has paid off going into Ulduar, as I find I need to concentrate a lot on moving around in Ulduar, and that means lots of strafing/keyboard turning. =)

i keyboard turn & use number pad (0-9 and alt 0-9) for abilities. tab & shift tab to change targets, but sometimes i move my hand between num pad & mouse.
mouse is for looting & i have wheel up & down bound to panic buttons (taunt and intercept) for quick target-and-response.

I generally use my keyboard 1-5 for skills I need in-combat, macro'd to stack a little extra into them. I use my mouse to trigger anything that is situational (Chal Shout, Vigilance, Potions, Panics) as well my mouseover Taunt/HeroicThrow. Side button on mouse is set to Heroic Strike.
Movement is with mouse when relaxed, Keyboard when focused/incombat.
I come from an FPS background, so I dont have too much of an issue juggling keyboard movement and keyboard skills at the same time. If I do, I will just draw the mouse down for a moment.

If you use only the mouse for movement and turning, what do you use for strafing?
