I think it would be nice to add a new tool. A rating calculator.
You would enter in a textbox the rating and the level you want and it would give you the % outcome.
You could also enter a % and a level to get the rating needed.
Would be a simple, but very useful tool imo :)

no no no
Like i choose Hit Spell, then I write 236 (for the rating) then I write 78(for the level). I press the "Caculate" button or whatever then it give me the %hit chance.

I ran out of space :\. That reminds me of the other post asking for more signature space and asking to only count visible characters...
