[Suggestion] Defense Rating Conversion

Currently, we see this for Defense Rating:
Equip: Increases defense rating by 16 (3.25 @ L80).
So, 16 Defense Rating converts to 3.25 Defense. That's not entirely useful, though, because then we have to go one step further, manually, and calculate:
3.25 * 0.04 = 0.13% Dodge/Parry/Block/Anti-Crit/Be-Missed
Perhaps something like this would be more useful in the tooltip:
Equip: Increases defense rating by 16 (3.25/0.13% @ L80).
Some kind of delimiter, I don't know which. What do you think?

I think Defense is not on DR.

Okay, so I found this:
* Crit chance reduction from Defense is NOT under diminishing returns. You need 490 Defense at level 70 to become uncrittable. That's it.
* Dodge from Dodge Rating, from Agility and from Defense Rating is under diminishing returns.
* Parry from Parry Rating and from Defense Rating is under diminishing returns.
* Block from Block Rating and from Defense Rating is NOT under diminishing returns.
* Miss from Defense Rating MIGHT be under diminishing returns, but we don't know for sure (unless Blizzard tells us).
In which case, what I'm really interested in is what level of crit reduction it provides. That's not affected by any DR formula.

I think a better solution would be a tooltip-like box that pops when you hover over the Defense part. So we don't throw extra numbers there.

Well, in that case, which number is actually more useful? The Defense Rating -> Defense conversion or the Defense Rating -> Anti-Crit conversion? I know that RatingBuster, ingame, displays "(#.##%x4)" in its tooltips for Defense Rating.
