Suggestion: Boolean ability to OR filter values (value groups?)

Lo be it for me to suggest HOW you would implement this in your UI, but sometimes I find myself wanting the ability to || my filter values. For example:
http://www.wowhead.com/?items&filter=cr=107;crs=0;crv=increased+fishing
Because of inconsistencies in the way Blizzard writes Equip effects sometimes, they might have something that says "Increased fishing +35" and another that says "Increases fishing skill by 35". It would be nice to be able to do that on one page.
The sort of demonic, parenthesized thing I have in the subject line would be something like combining the options in these two queries:
http://www.wowhead.com/?items&filter=cr=51;crs=1;crv=50
(damage done by spells > 50)
http://www.wowhead.com/?items&filter=cr=53;crs=1;crv=50
(damage done by fire spells > 50)
with an || instead of an &&. That seems to be a fair can of worms, though. I've personally thought about how best to construct a UI that allows the creation of complex boolean statements and it inevitably gets really nasty in my head -- mostly because of the necessity of parenthesizing because of order of operations.
Maybe I just suck and can't see the forest for the trees or something.
Anyway the first suggestion stands as the more realistic of the two.
Oh and, yay for non-forum related suggestions. First?

We got a lot of neat improvements coming soon to the item filters. Conditional filters are one of them :)

I literally can't wait to see how you do that.

Would this include NOT operators as well as OR? Perhaps you could give us a teaser list of some of the new filter options in the works?
