[Suggestion] "Are you sure..." dialog for edit fields

As I just lost a larger edit by accidentally clicking Cancel, how about implementing a dialog along the lines "Are you sure you want to abandon your edits?". Could easily be implemented by comparing the current edit box contents to the original version.
