Suggested Leveling Build for a New Warlock

I've play a warlock to 35 previously, but with TBC out now and several patch changes, I'm curious to know the best PvE and/or Instance grinding build.
I'd like to reach 70 as quickly as possible and prefer an efficient method of play, meaning little downtime. I've heard all I need to about the Felguard at lvl 50, but prior to that, what is the suggested build?
What I'm looking for is similar to a popular leveling guide:
lvl 10-14 5/5 Imp Corruption
lvl 15 1/2 Life Tap
lvl 16 1/2 Soul Siphon
lvl 17 2/2 Life Tap
lvl 18 2/2 Soul Siphon
etc...
Thanks all you Warlocks who pwn my Druid.

Let me just suggest some key talents that will help you tremendously.
Improved Life Tap: Gold for Warlocks, just gold.
Soul Siphon: Just use your Rank 1 SS right before the mob dies, and you get a nice jump in Mana (and a shard). Plus the 10% threat on affliction is great if you want to use a pet tank.
Improved Voidwalker: This talent will make your Vody a bona fide tank, you will have a hard time pulling aggro from him, but use KTM or Omen to manage threat.
Fel Domination: This is pretty useful, and has saved me from corpse runs several times. You get swarmed by pats or respawns. Pop Voidy Sac bubble when he's low on health, FD --> new voidy, kill everyone (or run). Basically gives you two voidy bubbles in a row.
I am partial to imp health funnel too, because with it, i am able to fight pretty badass mobs, and basically act as a healer for the pet (without coming out with 10% hp as well)
Dark Pact vs. Mana Feed
If you go either Demon, or Affliction you will pretty much have to choose between these 2, until you are lvl 64.
Mana Feed: This is absolutely necessary for a good pet-tank build - get as soon as you can, it will remove all mana problems for your pet ever. you only need 1 point in it though.
Dark Pact: It's great, but it sucks for your pet if you want him to taunt/fireball/whatever, you'll drain any pet dry fast except perhaps the imp. I liked this talent and used it for a long time raiding Molten Core (back in the day'oh) as you can use the imp as a mana battery., but for soloing/leveling, Mana Feed felt like a better bet to keep downtime low.
I think it will come down to your playstyle on these two. If you like to use your pet as a tank, i think mana feed will be a better route: Sic pet, Dot, Dot, Dot, lifetap, drain, drain, lifetap, repeat.
If you're a drain tanker you probably want DP, since you now can 'lifetap' without lifetapping. I never liked drain tanking much, but that's my opinion.
Have fun and play around, and remember to use a staff

Any specific professions to go along with the Warlock? How about races? I hear Undead is the way to go... I've considered a Blood Elf.
Comments? Suggestions?

While I've only ever leveled one Warlock to 70, I couldn't imagine doing it any other way than Dark Pact with an Imp. No fight lasts longer than about 10 seconds, you've got a lot more DoT-driven damage to help with the kiting/fear-kiting you'll be doing on elite mobs, you're a much better tank than a Felguard could ever dream of being, and it's more fun (imo) than any other spec I've tried since I hit 70.
