Sudden change in interface, not my doing ( to my knowledge )

Last evening, after switching between characters, I now have a yellow trimmed bar over everyone's heads, NPC's and Players, with a green or blue color bar and their level to the right within a circle. As far as I know, I did not change anything - just logged out of one char, and into another. Now it seems as I am stuck with this as I can't for the life of me figure out how to kill the effect. I have about half of the Cosmos AddOn library installed, and Coords. Took everything out, restarted etc. etc. prayed to Zinh etc. etc. and no changes. Whazzzup? Any ideas? Happens to ALL of my characters, so I thought that it was perhaps a default interface issue, but don't see anything that applies. Help! It's very disconcerting when working in groups.

Ah So DogBuisquit ! That did it - thanks . ... mumble ... must've hit that set of keys during my last ( lost ) battle. Thanks again.z

Try ctrl+V. If it doesn't work then you've probably unbound it or it's some addon's doing.
should've refreshed first :/
