So I was in TOC and we had a 78 warrior tank with 18k HP was tanking he was standing in the poison and also stood in the WW. We wiped when he died but everyone blamed me even when I linked the heal meters for the 20 second fight. I had 2k HPS going just by Regrowth spaming to keep him up. Hots wouldn't hit fast enough so I couldn't hot him.
Everyone was saying Dude heals needs to pick it up....
wiped again and they kicked the tank.
GOt a 80 tank with 23k hp and again I spammed and this time we made it 30 seconds at this time I got kicked for sucking at healing....
Is it just me or was the tank stupid or was I? I really don't know I just have started healing and am lvl 80 ding last night after it happened.

Try using your other healing spells besides Regrowth spam. You could do Regrowth->Reju->Nourish spam if that tank is taking alot of damage.
One more thing, i dont think a 78 warrior should be tanking ToC.

Spamming Regrowth is possibly the worst way to heal, keep the HoT up, but don't spam it. Keep Rejuvenation and Wild Growth up and just Nourish when needed.

lol, im just messing with ya some, its a yes/no thing. The tank should of tried moving off the poison if possible nad if you were tank healing /shrug the main thing I hear in my vent is the stupid dps sitting in the poison and expecting to get healed, tanks get a little special treatment with the "no standing on the poison" rule.

I was 79 didn't have nourish yet. and I couldn't get off a Reju before he was below 7k I had to pop a regrowth just to keep him above 5k. he was taking 10 k a sec.
I know spaming regrowth is bad I normaly keep up a Lifebloom and rejuv and wild growth if more than 1 person is taking damage. But for the life of me I couldn't get off hots that would keep him up quick enough.

Well, you were healing incorrectly. Regrowth spamming isn't the best way to handle the situation. Put all your HoTs up first, and then spam Nourish if you need direct heals. If you are Glyphed for Nourish (which you should be), Nourish will give you more healing per second than Regrowth spamming will.
Apparently you are undergeared and under level trying to heal an undergeared and under level tank. And you are surprised at failure?

What I don't understand is why do so many people run ToC at levels below 80? All the gear in there is level 80, and at least at level 80 you'll hopefully have the assistance of some-sort of BoE level 80 blues/epics (not to mention level 80 skills, etc).
Every time I've run it with a person/two below level 80 we've pretty much had to carry them through the entire thing because they can't heal enough/ their dps is terrible/ they have far too little HP as a tank. Though most people at level 78-79 are packing level 73-78/9 quest blues/greens, and possibly some instance blues, so what do they expect?
edit:
Also I've just realized about PVP leveling.. so I see a lot of people at level 78-79/fresh 80 with full level 70 epics in there and just /facepalm.

Abolish Poison
You should've used that if you're against the rogue. And like others said: use the spells you have. Regrowth is nice to have ticking, but shouldn't be used beyond that. Use Reju, Wild Growth, Lifebloom (tho can be hard on the mana) and Nourish if he needs it. And Swiftmend if he dips.
And don't worry about a bad experience. Just learn from it and do it better next time.

Both in my opinion. No matter what class or role you play spamming one move means your doing something wrong, but on a tank with 18k health that poison is a !@#$%, it's a $%^&* on heroic and I've got 30k health.

Sounds like some bad all around.
I had a similar problem, (H ToC) but I know it wasn't me, seeing how I had all my HoTs up (Regrowth, Rejuv, Lifebloom x3, Wildgrowth) and was spamming Nourish. I just couldn't keep him up. And people blamed me.
Also, not my gear, it's all 200+

You and the first tank both messed up. However, you realize that it may have been your fault, and came asking for advice and risked being told that yeah, it's you. So that's good!
You and the tank were both under 80 -- you mentioned that you dinged 80 just after this happened. Normal ToC is not a beginner instance. While my guild is certainly willing to run a level 78 or 79 through it, it's
not
good to have someone like that when multiple people in the group need gear from there, you won't have enough power.
You just started to learn to heal, so no matter how well you otherwise know your class, you're a beginner here. That's okay. Just start slow. Offer to heal lower level groups in instances like normal Nexus and UK until you get a feel for it. Then move to higher-level instances. Follow the same progression you did while leveling from 70 to 80. While getting this experience, use the resources available to you in the druid forums here to get an idea of how you should be using your abilities. Apply this knowledge to your practice. And use this opportunity to build a healing gearset, as well as making use of the AH.
Then heal a few Easy Heroics (again, Nexus, UK, VH) before tackling Normal ToC again. Even though it's a Normal, all 3 roles need to be on the ball in ToC. The tank should
not
stand in poison, the healer must be quick at triage, and the dps can't slack or you'll never down The Black Knight. So I disagree with someone who said that DPS under level 80 is okay. That's really only true if your healer or possibly one other dps outgear the place (unlikely in a PuG), otherwise the Phase 3 DPS-race is a nightmare - especially if your group can't provide resistance to both Shadow and Frost damage.
You'll be just fine, good luck!
