The best way to learn pvp is, like everything else, to take it one step at a time.
First, focus on your primary duty. If you're feral, this means learning which attacks to use when against which opponent. For example, Savage Roar is an awesome damage-boosting talent, but a lot of the time you should avoid casting it during your opener 'cause it'll empty your CP and shortchange Maim.
Second, realize that there are no rules in pvp - human players (the good ones) will adapt to you if you attack the same way every time and start to kill you in the face.
After you've got your personal affairs sorted, learn to broaden your view and keep an eye on the battle at large - use your Predatory Swiftness proc to cyclone the warrior beating on your teammate, set that enemy healer as your focus and Feral Charge his ass the next time he dares to show a cast bar.
Getting good at pvp isn't about learning hard and fast rules from other players, it's about keeping certain tenets in mind while practicing copious amounts of... uh, practice. ;)
