I did deep afflic to lvl up too and around the same lvl you are I too switched from demo to afflic again. I would recommend siphon life and haunt for your major glyphs.
During lvling my rotation was UA-CoA-Corr-Haunt on the 1st tgt. If there was more then one I would do the same thing as the CD on haunt would be rdy. Of course once I got SF I would throw that in there, but that was when it had a narrower range. I had some haste items on me so i would caster faster, but not really a lot, but enough to be noticeable. The number of mobs I pullled didn't raelly matter as the amount I healed for was more then enough to keep my HP up and Lifetap. I haven't used my drain is such a long time I forget about it now.
Now to explain just a bit on why I don't use haunt right away. The damage increase casued by haunt only lasts for 12 sec if you don't reapply. If you apply it right away you lose some increased damage on your ticks where as if they are all present then the amount of dps will shoot up and if you know your numbers well enough you can gauge if it would be enough to kill the mob so you can focus on another tgt. Also, it would refresh the Corr dot so more overall damage from that particular dot.
Now that I think about it if you had the LT glyph your spells would only beneift from the added SP if you tap right away correct and not be applied to spells already applied?
So to sum up in a nut shell I used Haunt quite often, which is why I considered it over LT for lvling.

Definitely Siphon Life and either Life Tap or Corruption for the second glyph, I'd probably go for Life Tap.

Ok ty for the clarification, I'm currently Deep dest for PVP, but loved Afflic while I specced that way.

The increased SP you get from GoLT will outweigh the extra damage from GoHaunt and it will last the entire duration of the DoT, not just the time the Haunt buff is up.
If you're worried about mobs hitting you, just use Howl of Terror.

With demons it's even more fun:
Cast CoD on one demon
Get it's health down low enough so the CoD tick will kill it
Banish it
When banish expires check how long CoD has until it ticks
If CoD has more than a few seconds left, banish again
5 or 6 seconds before CoD ticks, if the mob is banished cast banish again to release it
Let CoD kill the demon and spawn a Doomguard
Cast CoE on the Doomguard
Enslave the Doomguard
Enjoy up to 5 mins of awesome power!

I'm dusting off my warlock alt and leveling him, so also wonder what glyphs would be beneficial for an affliction leveling spec. All info given in this thread is quite useful, but I wonder why the
Glyph of Curse of Agony
is not mentioned.
To me, this seems like a very solid damage increase for Dot Dot Dot Dot etc. grinds, greatly increasing the chance that your dots are enough to kill a mob before all DoTs expire.

Go to the last two posts and it has a very detailed analysis of how the glyph operates today in the current release. To quote the last post.
This is a very good glyph if you are intending to PvP. This glyph dramatically increases the likelyhood of taking out a low health target. Assuming a fleeing target you are not likely to get to refresh this, and therefore the extra damage will come in handy.
If you are doing PvE/Raiding, the overall value of this glyph is negligable. The actual DPS this add contributes is minimal compared to other glyphs (see below).
The poster who left that comment would be a lot more believable if he didn't go on to list
Glyph of Siphon Life
as a good DPS glyph for affliction!
>.<

I'd like to say that (IMO) GoCorruption is the one that sucks.
