1h and shield, you're adding at least a 5-10% block chance with shields, but only increasing your DPS slightly
of course, you can actually lose DPS if your 2 hander doesn't have as much spell damage as your one hander

btw...i know shockadins use SoR a lot..but with a 2h...isnt SoC better? my spec is the common 40/0/21
Shockadins shouldn't have SoC and SoC is AP based
