In my experiences as a dagger rogue, Mutilate was a lot more fun and much more viable. For one thing, you've got Fleetfooted. The 15% speed increase is great for PvP. Also, you've got a better Envenom, which is great for a rogues only basic weakness: plate. I suggest making a PTR premade while they are up and testing it out!
You shouldn't be using deadly poison in PVP.

I personally feel that combat sucks for pvp however you put it, hemo has nicer combo point generation, better overall damage, and lots more burst damage.
Combat builds provide far better sustained damage than subtlety builds, but subtlety offers more control.
