PoJ reduces your chance to be hit with a spell, if a caster has a hit rating that guarentees 99% hit with spells, then you have 96% chance to be hit by it, and so on...
it's a good one in the fact that it reduces the time for you to catch up with your targets and saves a boot enchant, personally, i would go for it
healing 12% more or doing 2% more damage
unless you're healing 6x more than you do damage, go with the 2% damage
if you can link a build from wowhead.com, maybe it'll be easier to comment?

I was more thinking along the line of, should a caster already have 99% hit rating. Let's say a Warlock with 2 points in Supression, than taking a +20 hit rating on his cloak and perhaps some left over +?? hit rating from gear. Wouldn't his +20 extra hit rating nulify my 3% spellmiss rating ? (seeing as he already has 99% to hit from talents)
but keep in mind that not eveyone has what you've already stated, not everyone has spell hit rating or talents, it's just a bit of a helpful thing, not life or death thing
Well, it's either +9 stamina en +8% speed (Boar's Enchant) or +12 stamina (Fortitude) en +3% extra dmg through Crusader. I'm tempted to presume that choosing 3% extra dmg over 30 extra hp (the +3 extra stam) is more favourable than running 7% faster than the speed/stam enchant.Taking both talents however, is not an option though.
7% faster means 7% faster, if it takes you normally 6 sec to run up to the target, 8% = 0.48 sec, 15% = 0.9 seconds, it makes a difference, probably 1 more hit before they cast a spell, or HoJ on them before they finish casting
Let's say i critical strike using Seal of Command on a stunned target and do 1000 holy dmg.
stop there...
crit SoC on stunned target for 1k?
what was the point of adding in "stunned"... unless you meant judgement..
gear up before you enter the arena is all i can say
i've seen a ret paladin do 3~5k in crafted epics and quested blues (white + holy)
It would seem logical to choose 12% in healing over 2% extra in holy dmg output.
so... are you healing 6 x more than you do damage? not really... and that 2% is ALL damage, not just holy

brb... school atm
edit: false alarm, school in 10 min
i don't know if sanctified judgement is worth it...

Obviously i meant Judgement of Command; my bad ;)
that's even worse, i crit 1k JoC with stunned target at level 60...
2% extra holy dmg
no... it's ALL damage caused including physical, fire, frost, nature, shadow, it also benefits your partner, whoever told you it was only holy lied to you

6x more healing than you do dmg, which makes me wonder why you brought it up in the first place.
as in will you be
healing done > damage done
or
damage done > healing done
Guess that makes WoWhead a blatant liar>

"Buff
Sanctity Aura
Increases Holy damage done by 10%. "
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=31870
Improved Sanctity Aura Rank 2
The amount of damage caused by targets affected by Sanctity Aura is increased by 2%.
you've just read the wrong thing
