Not to rain on your parade but there's a similar thread already ongoing as far as recapitulating resto informations here :

(linked in the "helpful threads" post it), which you might want to take a look at in order not to repeat information.
Personally i tend to believe that a thread can either reiterate a lot of theorycrafting results (FAQ and guide threads) or foster meaningfull discussion (ie when a conclusion isn't reached yet) on one specific subject, ie that a thread with a lot of different facts isn't going to lead to deep discussion on all the involved topics.

This is a guide. You aren't really doing any theorycrafting.
Additionally you are vastly overestimating haste. You completely ignore the GCD cap. Haste will become almost useless after that. This is also why your two CF build really have no place in any serious raid. The only good build is the last one. There I'd change one point though. You took all the Nourish boosts (NG, LS) and left the biggest one out. Go get 2/2 ET if you are that into direct heals. Taking one point out of Revitalize doesn't hurt much. Or take one out of LS. If you got tons of haste (it is really impossible to get rid of it with good gear) then taking one out of GotEM might even be a good idea (if you are still GCD capped with 4/5 there).
Having crit as 4/10 or even 6/10 the priority of spellpower is ridiculous. Before 4t9 it should be 2 at most, after that maybe 3 or 4.
Haste (once capped) should get a rating of at most 2-3.
Both stats are almost useless for Druid raid healing.

RE and Rogues
: The trick is, keeping 70-90% HoT up time on rogues of your choice (higher dps ones preferably) This trick is loved and you will be as well by the rogues, if you utilize the fact that you spec'd into RE. As a rule of thumb, more than 4 rogues? pick 2. That way your mana won't be wasted on a chance to restore mana.
Uh, this actually benefits DK's the most.
(Note: I have leveled a DK, and I ran Naxx25 with him once, but have no REAL raiding experience with one)
Why would it benefit a DK most? It seems like Runes are the primary resource and Runic Power is secondary. Meaning that, the DK blows all 6 runes before spamming Death Coil, so they tend to sit at >84 RP often.
While, with a Rogue (or a cat), Energy is their only resource, and they're constantly waiting for that next tick (well, I guess it's really not a tick like it used to be back in pre-BC, but you get my point) so that they can continue their priority system. So any amount of Energy regained, even 8, is greatly helpful.

Guides =/= Theory crafting threadsAnd my point was that what you wrote was more of a guide than TCing.
(and that i don't believe that meaningfull discussion occurs when putting lot of theorycrafting items together in one thread, but that's more of an opinion that doesn't have much bearing on the subject at hand and could be proved wrong)
