Revitalize is no where near as good replenishment. Replenishment is raid wide, while revitalize is based on a chance to proc.
I raid with this spec but I use nourish a lot, tank or raid healing, and I have no mana problems.

Healing touch costs alot of mp. Thats probably the biggest reason your having mp problems.

agreed, and don't be fooled by the 0.992 on the tooltip. your actual output is held back by the GCD so while you get the first one out nice and quick you can't cast subsequent spells any faster.
the hit to efficiency isn't worth it, much better to get the glyph of nourish, HoT up and use nourish for your 'flash heal' as required.

Glyph'ed nourish is better than glyph'ed HT. When tank healing w/o tier 7 bonus, you get it to heal at 144% strength and with tier bonus @ 164%.

Ways to increasemana.
Favor Spirit/Mp5 itemization. Stuff like
Bands of the Great Tree
,
Rainey's Chewed Boots
, and
Sash of Solitude
are all easily obtained.
Use either
Idol of the Flourishing Life
or
Idol of Awakening
, based on the nature of how you need to heal. To really make the Lifebloom idol work, you need to accept a heavy mana burden.
Stay away from
Glyph of Healing Touch
.

I was thinking about the best 10 man setup.
Pally tank
Dk off-tank
Druid Healer
Priest healer
Elemental shaman
Warlock
Mage
Druid Moonkin
Hunter surv
Rogue dps
With this setup, you will never run out of mana, all caster and healer have a lot of buff(moonkin buff, elemental shaman totems), you will have a pally buff(and you won't need wisdom because of the shaman), sta spirit int soulstone HS: anyone has a role and a lot of utility:
Pally buffs
Dk horns and interrupting
Druid revitalize and innervate, ress in combat
Priest sta and spirit
Elemental mana totem wrath totem no-fear totem, interuptions, ankh
Warlock HS SS
Mage Int and sheep
Druid Moonkin haste, spell crit, +12% magical dmg, +3% hit, -5% enemies armor
Hunter surv a huge dps and replenish missdirection
Rogue dps kick, nice dps, sap and blind(really usefull during trash pulls), aggro management
... in 10 man raid you must find a nice setup, you can't put random classes...
With your setupo, bryant, you will lose a lot of buffs

I disagree with you, I run with HT glyph and spec'd for it as my primary big heal. I sacrafice the dreadfully long cast of Regrowth to have a fast flash heal while lifebloom wild growth and Rejuv are ticking away. You can say all you want about the GCD issue with it, but the fact remains a 6-8K heal in .7-1 second is very useful when needed. It blows the crap out of Nourish which takes nearly twice as long to cast, heals for more unless you have every hot on your specific target and a glyph. Not to mention the Mana cost difference is so neglible in a raid it doesn't even matter.
I used to run with the typical hot nourish setup, ever since I changed a month ago to a HT build my HPS has increased by several hundred and I am consistently in the top 3 of total healing done.
The impractical part of it is people who rely on HT as the go to heal. It blows anything else out of the water for tank healing on fights such as lotheb, being able to pump put an average of 10K heals several times in the window is just that good. Or in any high movement fights such as Hodir.
Really the only thing one would have to sacrafice in a HT build is the increased critical strike of the initial regrowth cast, and to me that is a no brainer.
