None of them are
required
talents, so it's up to personal choice.
Nature's Grace - Personally, I'm not into procs so much. When healing, I like consistency. It's arguably the most useful of the 3 though.
Living Seed - I liked it, but it only seems to account for 2-3% of my overall healing.
Revitalize - Haven't tried it yet. I've looked at some numbers and I remain dubious of its value compared to the other two, if I had to only choose one.
Revitalize helps a lot on General or at least it eases things a bit if you are on the receiving end of one. But past that i really have no personal experience.

Imp Tranqu is a total waste. Don't even think about it.
Imp Barksin is only useful for PvP. It has no place in a PvE spec.
Nature's Grace is awesome if you have to spam Nourish occasionally. MT healer forgot to step out of a void zone and dropped? Nature's Grace gives you 1s Nourishes on the tank to save the day. It's situational but it can save lives. I strongly recommend getting it. Fun fact: With Bloodlust/Heroism active and Nature's Grace you can even get 1s Regrowth for some fun Regrowth spam.
Living Seed is also basically a buff for Nourish (and Regrowth). It's not as good as Nature's Grace but it is still quite nice. Just awesome if you ever have to help out on the tank which at least for me happens often enough for the talent to be worth it.
Last 2 points can be dumped into Revitalize to help the dps a little bit. Or you put them into Natural Perfection to buff your Nourish even further (2% crit).
If you have the 4t9 set bonus (lol) then Natural Perfection is actually a very good choice ;)

Linking the rest of your spec would be useful, especially since I suspect that you wasted two points in Improved Tranquility to end up with only three points left. It also depends a bit on what you want to do. Revitalize is fairly pointless for heroics, but a lovely use of points in raids.
Also, for any talent spec question, any version of "one point in each" is always the wrong answer.

24k healing out of how much on the tank? For example, if it was out of 30k, then that's significant. If it was out of 24 million, then its much less powerful.

how silly. too specific for the theorycraft forum and too mathy for the druid forum. good info with well researched numbers to back up the ideas should be exactly what we live for on these fora!
perhaps you could give a TLDR section at the start (just gimme the facts! etc.) for the ADHD types? would that appease the 'lowest common denominator' feelings of the mods i wonder?

Actually that's a great idea asakawa. Sort of like an abstract at the top, with the numbers down below? That's how I started constructing my posts way back when I did theorycrafting for hunters in TBC.

Just look at it as a buff for all your crits. Usually a crit gets 150% healing, with Living Seed you get effective 195% healing. So basically Living Seed does the same as +50% critical effect talents that other classes have for their spells.

4% healing from 3 talent points isn't a bad thing. Nice thing too about living seed is that when it procs (like earth shield) its virtually impossible for another healer to undercut it. Living Seed is likely not to be an "Oh Smeg" effect, but rather a buffer (like Earth Shield, Sacred Shield, or Power Word: Shield), which makes it fulfill roughly the same role as your HoTs. People don't say "the priest should have cast renew when the tank was at 20% health." Meaning you dont really know the effect it did because it front-loaded the healing and simply made it easier. You'd have to watch specifically for it to pop, and then see if it resulted in keeping the tank from being gibbed.
However, that buffer is still helpful regardless as it lets healers focus elsewhere.
