First of all you need to separate your PvP gear from your PvE gear. You need a full PvP-set to not die straight away as a Resto Druid. I'd suggest crafting the entire
Overcast Battlegear set (except for the Spaulders and Gloves of course) and farming Battlegrounds for Honor until you can deck yourself with
full deadly gear, once you do that you can start farming Arena for even better gear and weapons but I wouldn't do that until you become more experienced and know your class really well.
Also keep farming as many heroics as you possibly can for as many Emblems of Conquest as you can get, so that you can replace the rest of your PvE gear with
these goodies (Note that you can redeem Conquest Emblems for PvP gear aswell!).
As for making money, I'd advise you to try and level up both Alchemy & Herbalism all the way upto 450 with
these guides. Remember to put everything up on the AH with all the items that you get from levelling those Professions (You'll make a tonne of Gold in no time).
You're on the right path to making Gold with doing the Argent Tournament dailies,
this actually a pretty good Argent Tournament guide. Although I personally don't really like the rest of the website as it seems kinda fishy but that will do for the moment.
As if that wasn't enough gold, were there any Northrend zones that you didn't bother leveling up in? Well go to those zones and do all of the quests there! (While leveling up your Herbalism too). Seriously, you'll get 30g from just a 5 - 10 min quest. If you do all of the things I've suggested you'll easily hit 1-3k gold within a week.
As for your talent spec, I'd suggest keeping your Feral Build for dailies or instancing or whatever but I would change your Resto build into this hybrid PvP/E
talent build. Bear in mind though, that talent build is only really suitable for Instancing 5-man heroics, BG PvP and not much more. I'd suggest going with the standard cookie-cutter builds if you plan on stepping into the Arena or starting Raids, (Which you should do as VoA has insanely awesome PvP/PvE loot drops).
I think that's all, good luck!

If you haven't done the quest already and thrown the item away I would suggest doing the following quest for a decent blue healing idol.
http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9852That one is available from Northrend and is slightly better :
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=38366It's also very easy to get and no pre-requisite, just do a few venture dailies (10 coins each i think), cap the flag and go buy your idol.
