Your two real options are ARPrep and combat maces. Although ARPrep is getting nerfed in 2.3.2, it will still be an extremely solid spec (that's just how good it is at the moment) and I'll certainly be sticking with it. I know people are worried about adrenaline rush being taken off preparation's reset list... but if you get done with worrying and then take some time to think about it (like I eventually managed to do), you'll come to realise that one less adrenaline rush doesn't mean the world. The ARPrep spec itself will still be extremely powerful post 2.3.2.
Enough of my rambling, you said you wanted the spec, so here it is:

It's being reduced from 125% weapon damage to 110%. It's not a huge deal, and considering they're fixing hemo so that it takes its own debuff into account (meaning it and all of your other attacks are going to do 42 more damage per hit), you've got nothing to worry about. It's also being re-buffed through a change to sinister calling, but you can't take sinister calling in an ARPrep build.
In short, don't worry - the hemo changes as a whole don't equate to a nerf. Even if you can't utilise the sinister calling change, its still not much of a nerf at all.
Hemo will still be fine after 2.3.2 :)

The preparation change isn't beneficial. That's why it's a nerf.
Hemo isn't getting nerfed, it's getting changed. It's just that two of the three widely accepted hemo builds (ARPrep and PVE hemo swords) cop nerfs because of the changes (shadowstep hemo being the one hemo build which doesn't - it actually gains a slight buff).

Because rogues can't have nice things.
You saw what happened to swirly ball...
Although they did give us cloak of shadows. Still, it hasn't managed to fill the emptiness I feel inside after losing the swirly ball.
GIVE ME SWIRLY BALL OR GIVE ME DEATH.

Well, considering my last post destroyed itself by forgetting my message, this'll show up as a double post until that one gets deleted.
As I was PLANNING on saying; I also miss the swirly ball, and I'm surprised you've been playing a rogue that long. :O I always thought you were one of the newer "jumping on the bandwagon" arena rogues, thinking they're cool because they know about the class.
Note to self, my opinions need to get changed more.

My first character was my rogue, which I created the day of release along with a paladin. The paladin was on a PVE server and the rogue on a PVP server. I hit 60 with my paladin and began raiding, but I kept levelling my rogue. My rogue became my main not long after I hit 60 with it, and I've been playing it and only it since.
<3 rogues.

why would you skip twisting blades in a mace sub spec..thought that was a crucial talent for a rogue. does it not proc enough? and ya, idk what swirly ball is, but hey...youtube never failed me. ill look it up :D
Because hemo doesn't proc blade twisting.
What exactly is the change being made to Sinister Calling?
Sinister Calling now also increases the percentage damage bonus of Hemorrhage and Backstab by 2/4/6/8/10%.
