Relentless Strikes is a must have talent in PvE imo.
With Overkill from Mut-spec, you will sometimes have "bonus" energy.
What I do now is, when I reached a situation that only 4CP is on and I can vanish. Just vanish -> Garrote to 5CP -> Finisher(rut with 15en, but 25en refunded)
From Recount, Relentless Strikes recovered the most energy for me.
