If you get Glyph of Disease, you might consider replacing Epidemic with, say, Runic Power Mastery (so you can use all your DCs at the end of your rotation when your runes are on CD) or the Imp. Blood Presence.
Glyph of DnD seems a good tool for AoE, but I don't think you would be doing much AoE tanking as Blood, so you could get both Glyph of Disease and Glyph of Dark Death.
But wait for more criticism and don't take my opinion into account without anyone saying yes to it.
So please comment.
Glyph of Disease practically requires Epidemic due to the way you can get Parried and miss the crucial GCD for your diseases. It sucks.
Runic Power Mastery is not a viable tanking talent since you are going to be Rune Striking your RP away. Raising the cap for a resource that should nearly-always be empty is kind of foolish.
As for AoE tanking, Blood can do it pretty well, especially on Whelps in Ony. You've got a cleave and 6 Blood Boils plus your ERW to use. AoE isn't a problem.
Glyph choice can be a little tricky. I'd probably go DS, RS and DnD, but I'm not that versed on tanking Glyphs.
Here is my current Spec
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#j0ERVh0IsfMbosxhxZ0ghh:oaqMm0
Drop Bloodworms and Imp BP. They're not needed since their gains are relatively small. Max out Scent of Blood with the newly freed talent points.
Try
this spec
on for size.

Why more death coils? You shouldn't have a problem with threat.
I take issue with this. A tank can NEVER have too much threat, and free damage is free damage. For 3 points, you get a 15% chance of an
absolutely
free (that is no GCD, no button press, no RP cost) extra damaging blow off of your most used strike. what is wrong with that?

*sigh* People who don't blood tank really need to stop posting specs that suck. Use this spec....
I was trying to stay true to the OP's original spec which seemed to stress his survivability CDs. I suggested Butchery over his choice of Bloodworms and the like since the healing from BW is nigh-worthless and they do not contribute to his threat. Butchery, however, is more RP (more Rune Strikes) and worth quite a bit of RP in an AoE scenario, assuming DnD is down and ticking (which it should be).
As for WotN, I skipped it because it's a garbage talent since it operates the same way Ardent Defender did for Paladins in TBC. It was (and is) possible to "leapfrog" WotN's effect, making it worth absolutely nothing. Until they update WotN to be in line with AD's new wording, WotN is still worth skipping.
As for Blood Gorged, I forgot it didn't offer Expertise like the other two next-to-last trees' talents do. I forgot it was ArP+damage and I forgot the Exp in Blood was on VotTW.
Ravenous Dead is gotten for the scaling it does with your threat in a raid and the small amount of Parry it grants you. It's a solid choice.
And finally, Sudden Doom I like on a Blood tank for the extra, free threat it generates. You won't have RP for a DC for extra threat that often: this talent is extra, free threat you might not otherwise have.
In the future, behave with some civility instead of resorting to personal attacks and insults. This is not the WoW forums.

honestly as a blood tank threat is never really a problem. Your TPS will be high regardless of your gear/spec as long as you have certain key talents like subversion. However your biggest problem in blood is gonna be survivability seeing as your only real survival talent is vamp blood which doesn't actually reduce dmg...just increases your chances of surviving. I like spell deflection if you can work it in. The only times i ever see myself dying is when i get hit by spell dmg since you can't avoid it except popping anti magic shell which only lasts for 4sec.
i agree that blood worms is useless
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=49189
you'll never really know when this saved your ass but it will.
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=49530
i'd take this over
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=49572
or
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=61158
the 3%str is marginal and won't help your parry as much as you wish it did and the free deathcoils proc more then you think. which will make up for the loss in threat that you'd lose from the 10% armor pen. 5 points in that talent is alot for 10% armor pen
mark of blood and hysteria are those 1 pters you only put in if your planning on using it. Mark of blood can be good as a preventive skill if you know something is coming that may result in you getting no heals. However if you don't use it don't get it or it's just a waste of points.

10% arpen on ALL attacks is much better than 20% shadow damage on AUTO attacks (especially that you didnt even spec into black ice)
Black Ice doesn't work with Necrosis. Blizzard nerfed that back in 3.1, I believe. Maybe it was the end of 3.0.8, but somewhere in there they nerfed Necrosis so it is "stand alone," meaning it does not get buffed by any talent except passively and indirectly. 2HWS in Blood indirectly buffs Necrosis if you're wielding a 2H, but it doesn't directly affect it.
Besides, Blood has never strongly consisted of enough magic damage to warrant ever getting it. The points would be considered a net loss considering how low DC/DnD tends to be on damage for Blood.
