Morgan Overdale
Throne Chamber
Morgan let himself smile. Everything was going according to his plan - as his spy in the Undercity reported, those Forsaken could not restrain from launching an assault on him. And that meant they now were in deeper trouble they could expect...
Morgan's envoy
Ironforge
King Magni Bronzebeard was having a hard day - according to his schedule, this was the day he talked to various ambassadors. He was going to dismiss the council when a guard approached him.
"Your Majesty, there's that worgen that arrived in our city a week earlier. He seeks an audience."
"On whose behalf?"
"On behalf of Morgan Overdale, Lord of Zeramas!" - came a call from the doors. Magni rose from his throne and spoke heavily. - "So, you are a servant to this Scourge scum and you DARE come into MY city?"
"Your Majesty, before you order my execution, let me explain. We are no part of the Scourge any longer, in fact, we oppose it. But the Forsaken still consider us as their enemies - and now they launch an assault upon us!"
"Why should I care if some cultists are killed?"
"Because... they are planning to use Blight against us!"
An unnerved hush ran across the throne chamber. War somewhere as close as the Twilight Highlands was bad enough, but Blight...
"I beg you, Your Majesty, stop this before it has grown worse! There are Alliance settlements in the Wetlands - who knows what will the Forsaken do to them? And if they manage to defeat my master, what will become of Alliance when the Horde will have a full-armed necropolis in their possession?"
Magni heavily landed on his throne and sunk into thoughts. The Forsaken's actions would surely be considered as a break-up of the treaty, and King Varian will most likely use it as an opportunity to begin another war with the Horde... He spoke again - "Summon the mages - I will communicate with other leaders of the Alliance. We will not have another war, whatever it takes."

The cultists assembled in the main chamber as ordered. A small council was held on how to best utilize the available space. It was decided to leave the walls damaged for now, since any construction work would be visible from the mainland and rise suspicion. The undead would be kept in the cavern in Alterac for the time being, and movement outside of the castle's walls would have to be avoided during the day and limited during the night. Keeping light and noise discipline at all times was obvious, and especially important during the night.
Luckily for the island's new inhabitants, the skies were beginning to darken and large clouds were visible over the horizon. Heavy rain was sure to be expected, which would limit the island's visibility from the shores of Silverpine. Thule Ravenclaw's old castle could prove to be the perfect base of operations in Lordaeron, as long as the activity there remained hidden in plain sight.

"I thought we decided to stay within the walls until sunset", Leera remarked, "but I guess the eastern shore is safe enough. You go swim, and we'll get to work on cleaning up the mess then."

"No way I'm going alone." - grinned Hascakkin, morphed into a demon, grabbed Jessara and Leera and flew east. When they reached the shore he carefully put them on a ground and laughed - "Now you can either try and fry me up, or relax and enjoy yourselves for a couple of hours."

Grimshaw "The Reaper" Deathscythe
Location: Tirisfal Glades
He moved quickly feeling the bouncing of the scythe on his back as he did so. "Soon the blood of the living shall run along the ground." He said as he walked out toward the now waiting army. "Soon we shall take the Necropolis and put it under the Dark Ladies control." He said. He heard shoutings that would begin the march. He saw soldiers and catapults for the launching of the blight rolling out. "Soon." He said as they marched quickly onward.

Morgan Overdale
Throne Chamber
Corvus, Gulamar, Olaf, Ermingild, Baghadur and Randall knelt before Morgan.
"
Loyal followers of the Slumbering King, the war is upon us. Wretched betrayers dare to launch an assault upon us. What is more, they are planning to use Blight against us.
"
"Let them come and taste our steel." - snarled Randall, and Ermingild and Baghadur growled in agreement.
"
NO. No living will be harmed... at least, no living under my command. We will take care of everything, while YOU are to reinforce Augustgrad and be ready for evacuation. Dismissed.
"
Muttering, Randall, Ermingild and Baghadur went out of the chamber. The remaining generals rose from their kneels at Morgan's gesture.
"Lucius, Gulamar, the caravan is not big enough to pose a threat for us. It is big enough, however, to pull the Alliance in action. When they reach Thandol Span, mount the wyrms and annihilate them. Olaf, rally the runeweavers. When the battle begins, I'll show it to the Alliance leaders, tz-tz."
"Yes, my lord."

"We have lots of things that must be done", the younger female stated. "Besides, it's quite clear what you want" she continued, glaring at Hascakkin. The older woman wasn't as reluctant. "Quite clear indeed, but come on Jess... how often did we get to
swim
in Northrend? We're girls after all, and sometimes you couldn't even get damp towel for weeks. Let's use the opportunity."
Jessara replied with a sigh, but when Leera began undressing her robes she reconsidered. Maybe going for a swim wasn't such a bad idea after all. If only that crazy man wouldn't be there...

"This is going to take forever." He thought as he walked along with the group. "Even marching day and night it would take at least a month, and that's if we meet no resistance." He stopped. "Maybe i'll go on ahead and start the slaughter early." He thought a smile of pure cruel malice on his face. He quickly muttered the dark incantations and summoned his dreadsteed to him. He quickly mounted and dug his heals in as he charged ahead of the army quickly seeing them disappear as he entered silverpine.

"I'm not going to undress completely even

" snapped Leera, then laughed as she dived in. "Come on Jess, it's not cold at all!"
Jessara hesitated for a moment, then she too pulled off her robes and carefully waded out on the lake. A shiver went up her spine, goosebumps appearing on her arms. "Not cold? I'll give you for
not cold!
" she said giggling, then dived to attack. The two women wrestled for a moment, then turned to the shore. "What is it, afraid to get wet?" Leera yelled and splashed water in Hascakkin's direction.

"I hope I didn't spoil anybody's hair." - he grinned, then added - "You mentioned my dreams, didn't you?"

"Playing with fire now? - he asked.

"That's the price for the terrible power that I wield..." - began Hascakkin, that grinned - "Which is, of course, power of my wits and looks." - holding Jessara with one arm he stretched another and brought Leera closer. - "And something else... Would you like to witness it?"

Mister Thirteenth!
" Leera cried jokingly. The same moment one of the men came around the castle wall corner. "There's a lone man riding on the shore...", Bob said loudly, interrupting himself when he saw the three in the water.
"Saved by the bell, hmm?" Leera giggled, then hurried up on the shore and pulled on her robes. Jessara jerked herself loose and followed her friend. Bob simply stared at Hascakkin, then shook his head and headed back up to the keep.

"Bob, you have no shame. But, you are friend of the ladies, so, instead of giving you a slow, painful death I'll give it to that rider." - growled Hascakkin, morphing again into a demon. - "Take my belongings to the castle, I'll return and we'll proceed from the moment we were interrupted!" - he yelled flying away. Soon, he noticed a Forsaken with a scythe.
"You are so deep in trouble!" - he roared, dropping down on the undead, gripping him by his throat with one hand and taking away his scythe with another.

Jessara swiftly pulled on her robes and hurriedly followed Bob and Leera up to the keep. The three others were waiting in the courtyard. "I guess we just have to hope he doesn't give us all away", Arros said. "But that's nothing we can influence at the moment. Let's get back to work" he continued, then noticed the women had wet hair. "Enjoyed ourselves, have we?" he asked, half serious and half joking. He turned around and hurried inside, eager to get the keep fit as their permanent base.

He spurred his steed faster, pushing the thing harder then was probably safe, but he didn't care. What was the life of one demon if it meant he got to kill the living sooner. The horse quickened it's pace rushing onward.
