It's pretty much a known fact that on any forum the actual percentage of people who read stickies is always going to be significantly less than the percentage of users who post new topics. It's just one of those great mysteries of the Internet. While I do understand the sentiment behind making this post, I wanted to point out that it's not very productive to make a topic pressuring users to perform any certain action on the forum while at the same time breaking the forum rules by making a subject title in all-caps. Sorry. :(
