Change the spec to
this.
Reflective shield only works on when you shield on yourself.
Shield when you have a spare GCD on someone who might die to give raid healers time to heal them up.
Read the stickies, they usually have a lot of information.

I'd say glyph of flash heal instead of renew, even if I try to keep a renew up on the tank at all times myself.

I would go with flash heal glyph too the renew glyph is alright but saving more mana on your main heal would be better.

Well the renew glyph is about max HPS, same with penance and to some degree PW:S because it simply makes your shield 20% stronger which equals an instant heal of maybe 8k with the glyph.
Maybe I've missed a new change but I'm pretty sure the glyph doesn't increase the absorption amount by 20%... It
heals
for 20% of the absorption amount.
