Raid Minimum Tank Requirements

I'm interested in see a list for warriors on the minimum/recommended stats for tanking the different WotLK raids. This isn't a check my gear thread - but I think the results of it would be useful to add to one of the stickies because it's something I'm interested in knowing and would have been useful to have a quick guide (I had to do a lot of searching to check and see if I would be viable for normal VoA). Of course these values are always dependent upon the rest of the group... but some general guide would certainly be useful.

If people are interested I could turn this into a stick in its own right (maybe named something like 'Can I tank that?')

So stats required for each (add other if I'm missing some - I'm assuming minimum 540 defense):

Health
Armor
Avoidance
Block

(Also Hit, Expertise, Resistances)

Raids (Normal and Heroic):

VoA
Naxx:
Arachnid Quarter
Plague Quarter
Military Quarter
Construct Quarter
Frostwyrm Lair
Malygos
Sarth:
+0
+1
+2
+3

E.g. My results from OTing Normal VoA:
VoA (Normal)
Health: 23k
Avoidance: ~40%
Block: ~14%
Armor: 22k

Thanks for the reply Huin. That does give me a good indication - and now you brought it up I remember reading it in the original thread!

Incidentally playing around on the sandbox on www.warcrafter.net I noticed the link to Be Imba! and returned to http://be.imba.hu for the first time since I was level 70... and found that it gives a general indication of the things I should be able to tank ("The blue bar shows the estimated places where this character should perform well in its current gear.") - in my case all the heroics and 10 man content with the exception of normal Malygos. Have others found their Gear-o-Meter to be reliable?

according to be.imba.hu I should be fine tanking heroic malygos... is it true, I don't know, never been in any 25man nor 10man malygos... I have only gear from heroics, normal naxx and crafted.

am I really capable of tanking 25mans (including malygos) with my gear?

Well what's sad about be.imba, is that it doesn't take skill and convert it in numbers.
I only used it for caps and proper enchants.
