If i were you, i'd take your 10-man naxx team and start a guild up - you've done exactly what peopls should do - instead of QQ'ing about raiding being "too hard" or "too elitist" or other such talk.
You have, by all accounts, done a stirling job of sorting out a decent group, hang on to them tooth and nail.
One thing to be wary of though, is a raid group of just 10 people can go wrong as 1 person missing can ruin it. aim to have at least 33% redundancy.
Good Luck :)
This. Fo Sho.

Guilds are a dime a dozen. Good raid leaders are rarer. If you were able to create a good solid pug group that adheres to proper raid etiquette, your only a guild charter away to forming your own guild. Seriously, the skills it takes to organize a solid raid group are the same as those it takes to organize a solid guild, just on a smaller scale. Trust me you did the right thing.

To me, it sounds like you already knew that you were in the right and that you just needed to get your story out. A guild like that isn't really worth the effort or the worry. It's like Katsudon said, "Guilds are a dime a dozen." If I were in your shoes, I would have left the guild for one that fit my schedule better, instead of putting in all the work you did to form a second Naxx run.
