I just find the idea of Horde being evil and Alliance being good horribly idiotic. If anything, it's the opposite.
When I read this you gained 35,000 rep with The Twilight Hunters.
AKA Sederath's domain. Welcome to exalted! Rep rewards consist of a cup of coffee and an ant farm.

The Alliance is racsit (spelling) if anything...

I agree, there is no lore for this, and the horde being evil and the alliance being good is childish. The horde are no longer beasts that had gone mad, yet are still being treated so by the alliance. If anything, the horde are the good guys and the alliance are monsters for hunting them down and treating them like trash.
The alliance can have the Moquins, but how about the horde get something more realistic. Lets say... Goblins? That has more lore than something like Tremors. I support this because the horde lacks a race good with technology, while the alliance has gnomes. The horde lacks a race that is small and fun to use to gank people with, alliance has gnomes. Also Goblins have a history of being with the horde. During the second war Goblins fought with the horde against the alliance. Goblins even give a discount to Thrall, and the horde get FAR more support from goblins than the alliance do in-game. Goblins would be a great addition for the horde, and have a capital already (this not in-game, but would be easy to put in-game due to it being an island with no real known location). I would like to say Naga would join from Gilneas, but that is very unlikely seeing that they would be a major enemy in Maelstrom expansion, and their capital would be important to fight, otherwise there wouldn't be much to do there. Besides, a lot of the Goblins ships go to neutral ports that are near horde areas, Rachet would be a great place if it wasn’t neutral to the alliance. Xroads is simply to easy for allies to attack, so a Rachet on the horde side to prevent Xroads from being such an easy target would be great. If allies want something, they can have troggs, I don’t play alliance so I could care less. Troggs have a lot in common with Dwarfs >.> maybe they share the same intelligence… jk. But Troggs have at least a place in-game and some form of an association with the alliance, although not a strong one.

Moquins - sounds like you described a harpy. They look like a night elf woman with wings and feathers(possible common relatives).
Tremors - sounds like some bad Sci-Fi fictions. I mean totally evil and living in darkness. Also why would the moquins even met them if they live in darkness and underground. The freaking race lives in a sort of floating rock high up like fok in the air.
also i do not like the angle you give alliance some kind of Bull@#$% harpy who pretends to be a noble race. Turn you back and you will probarly have a heart ripped out.
Then the horde ofc gets some twisted evil race who are blood thirsty. I do not think the horde would accept an alliance, bcs if they are so bloodthirsty and evil they cannot be trusted and most of the hordes are not "evil", there is both good and bad people. The reason the horde may be a bit harsh can have something to do with the fact they was hunted by the alliance(orcs), trolls(Chased of their alliance and got their leader slaughtered by a naga witch and her murlocs, also humans who killed them), Taurens(centuars basically slaughtering and driving the tauren from their homelands, the orcs helped them drive the threat back), Forsaken(well they are undead so kinda evil in basic, they hate life bcs they envy the living and also many of them who returned to familes was driven off and their loved ones saw them in disgust. they hate the lich king bcs he took away their life so it is enemy number one for them. And most of them are really insane and deranged from being dead.) and Blood elf(Who got backstabbed by alliance in the dalaran conflict and send to die, who watch the scourge destroy their city and empty their sunwell who they drained to maintain their thirst for magic. THen he destroyed it many of the high elfs who was blood elfs started to die, so Kael learned them to tap fel energy and other energies to stay alive.).
Basically the horde has suffered alot, more than alliance and many of the hordes was betrayed by alliance first so who is the bad guy really:)
