mining/skinning
herbalism/skinning
you can do herbalism/mining if you feel like switching the tracking constantly to not miss anything.
but basically, gathering professions will make you more moeny than crafting professions.

I would say something like Herbalism/Skinning would be a good combo.
Theres no need to switch between tracking, and you encounter tons of skinnable things you make money off of. Plus since these aren't crafting professions , you waste no money on materials for them. Yay!

My money making strategy was Tailoring and enchanting. First, you can do Netherweave bags, which cost 24 netherweave and 1 runed thread to make (around 4.5g to make) and resells for 8g+. When you got too many bags on auction house, you can switch to netherweave bracers, and disenchant them. If you got a large amound of golds, you can go for imbued netherweave bags, to make a larger amound of golds from a single bag. And also, you transmute shadowcloths, primal mooncloths and spellcloths every 4 days. Enchanting itself is a great way of money making if you got rare patterns, otherwise, selling shards.
