Question about rogues vs. us

After more and more PvP (BG) that's what I feel:
Rogues are
easy
if you get them from far, i.e. they are not hidden or ready to stab you from behind. In that case a well geared hunter will be able to down them (slow, disarm, etc.)
Rogues are (nearly)
impossible
if they open and stun you. Even if you manage to disengage and get some distance, chances are your health is around 20%... so more than kiting you will try to just flee :P

Rogues are very strong but only in 1v1.
In BG they are nothing. I fought 3 rogues in AB and I had a resto druid and a warrior with me. They all attacked me and I was perma stunned. Druid was healing me the entire time and warrior was attacking them. At the end we killed all 3 of them and survived.
So you can easily kill rouge(s) if you get them first from far or if you are not alone.

Wait for the second stun (they chain two stuns, the second is longer), trinket, Scatter, Frost trap, Disengage, Master Call, Concussion Shot, then proceed to damage him while kitting.
I don't know how people feel about depending on addons in PvP, but you can set up
Power Auras
to let you know when the longer Kidney Shot lands. I had a terrible tendency to prematurely trinket out of the first one, leaving me to eat the full second stun. Now, when I see the giant pulsing Kidney Shot icon flash across my screen I know I can safely trinket.
Same set-up lets me know when I've been
Repented
or when I've been
Hammered
with Justice -- so I can tell at a quick glance whether to wait it out (first one) or trinket immediately (second one).
