Ok, so I know everyone asks for help on the forums, but I really need it.
My pvp team is falling just horribly low.
I started reading the forums about a month ago and decided to spec my war to 33 arms (MS), 28 fury (3/5 flurry). I think I really suck as an arms warrior, I can't seem to damage anyone.
I grew up mostly on fury, so i was thinking of re-speccing back to fury. But, I have about 2300 arena points, is it worth holding out to get a decent 2H (currently using Plasma Rat's Hyper-Scythe), or is fury maces a decent pvp spec?

The main purpose of a Warrior in organized team PvP (read: Arena) is to keep the Mortal Strike debuff on your assigned target. Let your DPS classes take care of the damage, you just keep MS up.
Of course, you will want to maximize your damage as much as possible while doing this, so it would be smart to make sure you have the best gear you can obtain. I generall follow 'Stamina = Strength > Crit', because with Resilience playing a large role in PvP, crits will become less vital. For Arenas, I would not advise you to go in with anything less than 10K HP, 1500AP, and 25% Crit in Battle Stance, unbuffed (no shouts), at the bare minimum, at least if you are expecting to win.
The Season 1 Weapons are available from the Honor vendors for 27K Honor a piece, and they are great starter weapons until you can get your hands on something better. Personally, I would advise to keep on saving those points, or to pick up some S3 gear with them.

490 Defense is necessary for tanks only. If you are specc'd for PvP or PvE DPS you will not be over 490, hell, you shouldn't be over the base amount (350). For this reason, Blood Craze and Enrage are necessities in PvP. Blood Craze coupled with Second Wind provides a nice amount of healing, and Enrage adds 25% damage which is HUGE in PvP.

Blood Craze is highly controversial. With the advent of resilience, it is even less desired.

It's a 2v2, I am the dps aren't I?
I guess I'll have to read the arena forum.
