Overall play for boomkin and resto are fun, I bounce between all 4 specs all the time. My personal favorite for PvP is resto, hard to kill and a lot of the time the team can focus you and you can keep yourself up while your team mates kill them off.
Boomkin is amazingly fun, if your one to choose solely based on raw DPS potential, I believe it is behind feral by a few 1000 damage. but otherwise the rotation is simple.
Moonfire up at all times, Sunfire up at all times, spam wrath until Eclipse, Once Eclipse hits, spam Starfire until the next Eclipse hits. Use Starsurge on CD.
You can find a lot more on sites such as elitist jerks, hope this helps.

This is the set up for my Druid. Boomkin covers me in my dailies and quests but for dungeons/raids I almost heal exclusively. Pvp resto is fun as hell and I tend to own my role there. For rotations on both it is all about practice and situational awareness. As stated in the previous post- keeping you eclispe bar swinging and adding procs of starsurge as available. The other key to Druid work is to not fear the use of cat and bear form. Stealth can be very helpful in hidding your heals in a pvp environment and bear just to live longer when you get in trouble.
