My guild runs Naxx 25 pugs with Sapp necklace and KT loot reserved. We worked hard to carry the bad pugs that don't know how to dance, don't know left and right in Thad, don't know how to hide behide a iceblock in Sapp, and don't know how to stand correctly in KT.
We make the group, we make the rule, if you don't like it, gtfo.

u know some ppl have lag issue and can't do the dance so just don't assume. I ran with this every experience holy pally for naxx25 all the time but she lags during the safety dance and die everytime. She knows what she is doing but she leaves far away from US servers and therefore she lags. I would gtfo if I ever pug with ur guild. Reversing the best loot for your guild only while other puggers work hard to down the boss is just selfish.
no one force you to do so. gtfo, have fun wiping with other scrub group lawl.

Yeah you joined a Pug raid with laughable rules. I would have asked the first chance I won a roll but it got passed to someone else. Either check before hand or definitely check the first time the rules you were told were broken.

If they say they are reserving loot, and do not state explicitly which items, leave. I've been in PuGs sometimes that say certain loot is reserved, and there usually aren't issues, because everyone knows if this item drops, so-and-so is getting it, but everything else is given out.

Reserving loot that can/will be used by a lot of ppl is nothing short of lootwhoring.
Leader - "I told you all before the raid started, we reserved the right to keep some loot."
Me - "Yeah, but when I asked for more clarity someone of your guild answered me 'tank and healer items'..."
L - "I am the only authority here. What other guildies' said is irrelevant."
M - "...But I thought I could trust your guildies. And in addition, you have not answered me when I asked, and no one corrected the guildie who pubbicly told me 'tank items'"
L - "Because I don't read the chat. You should have asked me on VT." (this wrote not in a guilty way, but as if it was my fault, I'm pretty sure of this)
You should told this little tossa to go to hell.
Not to blow it out of proportion, but this is a classic example of what happens IRL all too often, ppl dont want to cause a fuss and chose to say nothing, becuase the person with the crap reasons is confident, and has you doubting yourself, as a result, scum bags, con men, and liers feel they can get away with it.

Did nothing wrong as far as I'm concerned.
Rules were stated, you didn't wait to get an answer from the RL, they did just what they said they would.
I have no problem with guilds reserving loot, and in this case they were very clear about it ahead of time.

whether or not you think the loot rules were unfair (and they may of been, no comment from me on that) they were clearly laid out at the start. Only the loot master had the authority to change his rules, or add conditions.

First off, you should stop PuGing bad pugs then because those are sad. But the "we make the group, we make the rule" stuff is crap.
Complete crap. You're basically saying "This is OUR group, so if we want something, we're taking it, if you don't like it, too bad scrub" and that isn't cool.

M8, you got pwnt. The rules, as ridiculous a they are, are said, so no ninja'ing there. You should plainly asked what the frock he meant by "some loot", if you really wanted in on that raid (my 2 cents go to the gtfo and get a decent pug).
BUT you deserved it! Getting a time lost, phew! xD Gz on that phat mount

Why not? If one guild is basically leading the pug, with a RL and ML both as officers, or as one officer of the guild, it's reasonable that they should set the rules and have first dibs on any loot they want. They run the pug, they decide how loot will be distributed. In the OP's case it wasn't right because they were too vague about it so they could basically take what they want after they saw the drops, but if a guild needs a few pugs but has some specific pieces of loot set aside for themselves and you're one of the pugs who doesn't like it you just find some other raid or make your own where you make the rules, you don't whine and complain until this guild that was kind enough to take you runs their raids how you tell them to.
