Titanium weapons chain
is a good start, moving towards the ultimate
Blade ward.
Some tanks still use
Mongoose
, but i don't know how viable it is now a days. I use the titanium weapons chain for heroics myself.

I usually use +26 agi, but mongoose is a more expensive, less reliable option (but can be stronger).

As far as threat goes, accuracy is best.

i use the Blade ward from the day my serve got drop for it, i can say that i love i do see it proc alot and also getin stuck up to 5 times (when that happen my parry goes up to 30%) the thing is u need to have low parry and high dodge to see it very affecting. in boss fight i can see it proc atlest up to five time depend on how long the fight is.
for me mongooes is not that effective cause of the DR i only gain 2.5% when it is proc. while when blade proc i get 3.5% (for first stuck).
so do think blade ward is a good enchant for a Tank.

I put Blood Draining on my weapon a few weeks ago and I'm actually really enjoying it. Usually, I get up to 5 stacks long before a boss takes me below 35% the first time, and when he does it's a nice little self heal that takes a bit of stress off my healers. I know there is math saying that it doesn't "synergize" with Ardent Defender, however, I constantly have more heals incoming that take me out of 35%, the goal is NOT to be there, Defender simply keeps you alive one more blow, and Blood Draining seems to help me get out, the first time. (it's not really optimal for pallys as we don't have as many abilties that would proc it as say a warrior, bleeds and such)

Why would you be at 35% in the first place? I might understand Stormbreaker in Ulduar, but once you get 35% hp, a 2200 heal (at max) is not going to help you survive another hit from Stormbreaker, who hits very hard in Heroic mode at least.
I think more avoidance or at least threat is better than a 2200 heal which is rarely triggered. Having been in Ulduar and a lot of Nax runs, I have not gone below 35% hp a lot...The only cases are Iron Council, Mimiron, Decon, and Thorium, which are all hard modes.
It's worth noting that moving forward, it's not going to be an issue about 'synergizing' with Ardent Defender. Once 3.2 comes out, Ardent Defender can't be 'skipped' in the way it is at the moment.

Yea gotta say seeing as pallys itemize dodge rating before parry rating that kinda makes sense... I'm poor tho cuz i'm lazy and don't do my dailys so I just use a
Titanium Weapon Chain
.

But i want to point out one enchant that has been missed out, as terrible as it is,
Adamantite Weapon Chain
.
Adamantite Weapon Chain
give u a steady 15 parry rate, and if u wish to gain more avoidance the other enchants (mongoose / Blade Ward) give u much more avoidance then a setady 15 parry rate. (also don't forget the "don't stuck parry line" :P )
the one good thing on
Adamantite Weapon Chain
is that it is really cheep to make.

+26 agi give you more avoidance than +15 parry rating.
And please stop saying 'stuck' instead of 'stack'. You're driving me crazy.

I had Blade Warding for awhile on the Red Sword of Courage; I must say I was disappointed in it. More often than not I would hit 2 stacks and then watch it get "eaten" by the damage proc.
I went with Agility on my new
sword
, primarily because Blood Draining scrolls are going for about 1.5k on my server (and because of the math showing that it doesn't combo well with AD).
