I run with Blessing of Sanctuary and
Seal of Wisdom
But have been Playing around with Different Seals a bit. What do you Recommend?
That's a significant problem right there. Seal of Vengeance is worth about 20% of your threat. If you're struggling in heroics, it might well be due to your dps being threat capped.
It certainly isn't your gear. Stevo offers some good suggestions, but with what you have now you're more than geared for any 5-man. The Strength/Stamina gems are weird for a tank, though. If you need to fill a red socket, Dodge/Stamina is a better choice.
On the dps side of things, it's fairly easy to do enough dps to run heroics as a fresh 80. You should reasonably expect 1200-1500 dps (depending on class and the nature of the fight) at a minimum from those you run with.
Looking through your achievements, it looks like you're just starting to attempt heroics in limited doses over the last month. Many of the tanks here can probably address any concerns you have about a specific fight that you might be struggling with - but as you've done all the normal modes, you should already know most of the fights. Things just hit harder and take more effort to kill.

Just to clarify a few things someone suggested. NEVER gem for parry.
NEVER
enchant lifewad. It is just retarded to do such a thing.
If you have trigger happy dps who attack the wrong targets or don't watch aggro, let them die. Its what I did. Tell them your taunts are reserved for healers. If dps dies 5 or 6 times and starts to get tired of it, then maybe they will start to watch it. Tell them you are doing your job putting threat on the target. If they are dieing then they aren't doing their job as dpsing the right target. If they want to keep dieing, let them. Let them keep paying repair bills. Or if you are really tired of it, don't run with them and try to find some smart dps. Or talk to them and find out what the deal is. Is it possible that they go balls deep on all the targets because they are used to other tanks who have no problems picking up 5-6 mobs in 1 pull?
A groups success or failure isn't solely on the tank. If you are having problems it isn't always your fault.

This line always makes me /facepalm, especially in this situation. Obviously, everyone in the group, DPS and tank, are still learning.
Letting DPS die because they
don't know
what to do? That's just asinine.
Simply mention for them not to attack too early, and to always stay BEHIND the tank pre-pull. That's all there is to it. If they're still attacking too soon, even though they've been TOLD not to, then you've got an issue of someone deliberately not listening -- then, /kick is far more effective.
I have seen a few of the dps getting taken out by AOE boss attacks and can't figure out why are they that close? IMO it is a lack of experience and Know how of some of the DPS but Didn't want to rule out that maybe it is something I am doing...
Not every AOE boss attack can be avoided -- such as the insect swarm thingy at the end of AzNerub. The healer has to heal through it. Now, same fight -- if the DPS gets caught in a Smash, or gets sent in the air from the spikes? Then yes, /smack them in the back of the head.

If there is a dps who
doesn't know that they aren't supposed to attack before a tank picks things up
, then I want to know how much they bought their account for on ebay. I mean, seriously, that's one of the most basic common sense mechanics in the game. Let these dumbasses die, and die, and die, and die, and keep coughing up hundreds of gold on repair bills until they learn to wait an extra few seconds before dpsing.
Reserving taunt for a healer is a legitimate thing. If theres a pack of 4+ mobs, its very well possible that the mobs that don't get hit by avengers shield could pick up healing aggro on the healer. Not very likely, but it does happen from time to time. If the healer dies, chances are its another stupid trash wipe. If a dps dies, big deal it will just take a little longer to kill the pull. If dps is repeatedly doing something stupid enough to get themselves killed, then they deserve to die over and over and over and over and over and over until they learn.
"Hey, I went balls to the wall with damage on this mob and it came over and killed me because the tank didn't have it yet. I'm going to keep doing it!" Retarded, right? Let these people die.

Did you skip the last half of my post?

Again, I emphasize that
for this situation
, it's even more important. It seems like the OP is in a guild with people still pretty fresh to WoW, who aren't used to doing Heroics.
Up until Heroics, if the group is evenly geared, a DPS can pretty much do whatever they want without too much hassle. As the OP mentioned, he's had no trouble until now.
I have a friend who recently hit 80, and NEVER ran an instance until then -- he pretty much soloed his entire way. Yes, he DOES need to be explained a few things with group situations. He's not stupid; once it's been explained, he understands and knows what to do. This seems like a similar case.
This is like a kid going to put a fork in an electrical socket. You don't let them do it, and see if they do it again, and again, and again... you explain that they shouldn't do it, and why they shouldn't.
Then, if they do it again? Well... natural selection can have its way. XD
