Prot pally assembling holy gear

Ok, so my gm has asked me to setup a holy off set for ZA raids. I'm sure Kara has lots of loot for me, but I've got a week to assemble this set. What I'm wondering, is if something exists like the post for prot pally pre-raiding gear, or if someone can help me find gear.
Currently, I have many open quests in Netherstorm, and haven't done any in Shadowmoon Valley. Farming an instance for one piece of gear sucks, so I'd like to get more from quests.

heroics and regular 5 mans are full of +heal gear, and you have options for all types of armor so it's even easier for you
fo got the T2 look-alike gear if possible and use the wowhead.com database to search for quest reward healing items
