You could either grab Glyph of Salvation, or Glyph of Righteous Defense.

What they said, though you're not at the actual expertise cap even with the glyph. 26 is the soft cap. 56 is the hard cap.

Well, softcap isnt really needed as a prot paladin. Sure its a boost, both for survivability and threat. But nothing we really need to focus on, the hard cap is almost limited to exp stacking warriors.

... and DKs. But no, I'm not implying that he should be reaching for the hard cap - just that the SoV glyph isn't anywhere near useless for him. I'd suspect it's still his best threat glyph without pulling up a spreadsheet.

I have way too much expertise and way too little hit. I can easily hit 56 expertise with gear in my bags but it just makes me die a little inside and I eat another Snapper Extreme to drown the pain. I think I'm going to replace my glyph of seal of vengeance with glyph of righteous defense :(

There are some cases where you want Hand of Reckoning to hit and not use RD, but those cases, and the chance to miss the taunt in the first place, is relatively low.
I would promote Salvation before RD.

I would promote Salvation before RD.
Glyph of RD is +8% hit to RD
and
Hand of Reckoning. Since I'm not on Anub'Arak in ToGC25 yet I don't think I'll bother with salvation since it's either not important or a bad idea to use on the first 4 bosses.

I think you misunderstand me, I was referring to fights like Emalon or 4H that require you to pull off only 1 mob off the MT, where you don't want to use RD.
I'll say it again, there are only a few cases where you'd need to either use both taunts (i.e. one missing) or not being able to use one of them. Hence, I'll promote Salvation (Survival/utility) over RD glyph.
For math's purpose, chance of missing with both taunts are:
0% hit - 2.89%
8% melee hit- 0.64%
Glyphed 8% melee hit - 0%

It just happens to be that I'm working on an encounter where taunts missing are scary even 1% of the time and I am severely lacking hit. And it's also an encounter where I can't use salvation on myself.
Frankly
I
could do nothing different and we'd beat it, but as long as other people are working their stuff out I might as well play around with different things.

That's the only reason why you would glyph for it: it's
progression
and
taunt is necessary
.
Otherwise: is 2.89% chance to hit with taunts worth a glyph: maybe.
Is 0.64% chance to hit with taunts worth a glyph: not in my opinion.

I have 3.72% unbuffed hit, are you considering that? Hahaha, awful, I know. But that was my point.

There is alot of hit missing from the new TOC gear. So if your sitting at ilvl245 on most pieces your hit is going to be really low.
I don't like my taunts missing. Hodir is a good example of where you use your taunts as the MT to beat threat. When your Lock is doing 22K TPS you want those taunts to hit exactly when you need them.
Cheers,
Hat
p.s. im like at 76 hit unbuffed >_< its terrible!

yeah I'm at the point where I could upgrade my gloves from the conquest badges ones with hit to the t9 gloves with parry/dodge/def and lose more hit :(

accuracy or titanium weapon chain?
I prefer the latter, much much cheaper.

Also: regarding gear:
EH/Avoidance set
BV/Block set
Threat set
+ melee DPS weapon to switch out.
