Any except BS, really. You can pick LW or even tailoring (for resto) to make your own gear or then alchemy for buffs and a great trinket, or enchanting. LW needs skinning and alch needs herbalism to be efficient, or you could alternatively just take both, or pair one of them with mining for maximum profit.
People really shouldn't ask this question over and over again, there is no real answer. It's all up to your personal playstyle.
