You cant do just the obvious one. Because people who didnt choose a combo that give a special one will QQ hard.
And why JC and Eng has nothing in common? What about jeweled trinkets? Maybe ultra-scopes? What about explosive gems or bombs made out of jewel powder? You see, you cant just leave some out.
I could more or less come up with one for each, but it become redundant at some point and they might not be all possible to implement ingame or would create too much imbalance between professions.
