I would try the standard Blizzard solution (delete your WTF folder, etc... if you search their help site for "disconnect" it has step by step instructions).
If you're zooming out a lot (Vortex, looking for sparks, taking a disc in phase 2, all of phase 3) you might turn your settings down some, at least just for Maly.
I would also make sure all of your drivers are updated, and that you have the proper WoW ports open in your Firewall and Router, if you have either.
All of that being said, there is a major content patch coming soon.. there are more people on the servers, and the client always gets a little balky because Blizzard is paying it slightly less attention.
If all else fails, make a detailed post (including computer and internet specs) on the tech support forum. I've received good, detailed help there before, but the more information you provide, the more likely you will be helped. Or you could add that here.
