xPearl has an internal track for that. It actually has a lot of internal trackers for Priest spells.

I used to have a mod for it, but I have since learned to simply recast it every time the CD is up on it. Much more efficient that way imo.

It's in the Global Tab. You'll find a bunch of boxes to check based near the center that give you options for tracking Renew, PoM, PW:S, and allowing you to add extra sparkles to the portraits so you know who has what effect.
I use xPearl for all my healing needs. I'm pretty sure you could get the same benefit out of it too.
