Hey, I need some help with expanding this macro. It's for pvp purposes, breaking free from movement imparing effects.
I'm using this one atm:
/cancel cat form
/cast cat form
The problem with this one is that if I click it during a stun, I will cancel my cat form, but not reapply it. This happens quite often as I try to break free from mages Frost Nova, when they intantly casts Deep freeze shortly afterwards, leaving me in no form, highly vulnerable to damage (no
Primal Tenacity
).
What I need is something that prevents my macro from happening if I'm stunned when I click it.
Thanks.

Try "/use !Cat Form". I'm not sure if it'll work but it's the best you could do.

If you just want to break the root effect, don't go to casterform. Try
/cast Bear Form;Cat Form
At least then You're in Tankerform if you're stunned and not casterform. Not sure if Form:cat is correct...you may have to use stance:N where N is whatever stance slot your catform is in.

From the WoWWiki useful macros for Druids:
/cast !Dire Bear Form
/cast !Aquatic Form
/cast !Cat Form
/cast !Travel Form
Should cover all stances you have.

Man that's an old macro. Also doesn't take Moonkin or Tree forms into account. There's no need for the "!"s for one thing since it won't even show that form if you're in it. If you want something like that, you'll need to make it a bit more efficient.
#showtooltip
/cast Aquatic Form;Dire Bear Form;Flight Form;Travel Form;Cat FormSince you can't use travel form in combat, it makes no sense to lock up the macro by not checking combat.

@Mangea:
/cast !Cat Form
@RedwoodElf:
You need the ! because forms are a toggle.

Actually, since the CancelUnitBuff function is (still) not protected, the best you could do, would be write a script to check your debuffs for any stuns and not cancel your form if there are any.
Better yet, check for debuffs that the powershift would remove and only cancel the form if they are present.

Yech. Or just play the game with the
/cast !___ Form
macro.

Balance Druid:
#showtooltip
/cast Cat Form;Moonkin Form;Bear Form;Aquatic Form;Flight Form;Travel Form
Restoration Druid:
#showtooltip
/cast Cat Form;Tree of Life;Bear Form;Aquatic Form;Flight Form;Travel Form
Feral Druid:
#showtooltip
/cast Cat Form;Bear Form;Aquatic Form;Flight Form;Travel Form
In general, in combat just clicking the macro will toggle between bear and your special form if you have one, and cat form otherwise. Since it doesnt even show a form if you're in it, no silly "!" is needed.
Mod: Shift will turn on special form.
Mod:alt will turn on Cat Form.
Mod: ctrl will turn on Bear form.
Out of combat, hitting the macro will give you Flight form (if you can fly), Aquatic form (If you're swimming), and Travel form otherwise.
For these macros, it is recommended you use the auto-cancelform function. Casting any spell that will not work in your current form will, by default, un-shapeshift you to casterform.

Need an updated Working macro for standard shifiting... ones above don't work. Been looking can't find any. please help.
"#showtooltip
/cast Cat Form;Bear Form;Aquatic Form;Flight Form;Travel Form"
--->while in combat hitting this macro will shift u from cat form to no form :(
if in travel an u hit this it will shift u to bear then cat then no form :(
Look for a macro that will no stance shift u to cat/ inside cat/ outdoors travel/ swimming aquatic/ in combat bear...... all the macros ive seen do 1 thing right and then have glitches that don't fully work.
