Poison hit cap w/o precision?

Can't find a solid answer on this yet, so screw it, asking before I go to sleep. Anyone able to give me the exact hit cap for poison without using precision? Assuming a boomkin is always present for their 3% buff.

dont remeber the exact formula now, but spell hit caps at 17%.
with a boomkin you need 14% hit to cap poisons, dont remeber the exact number.
anyway, why? there is a pve build that doesn't have precison? (HaT proably but i dunno).

There's no PVE build without precision. The points are never better spent anywhere else.
/threadYes there is, the current PTR champion, HaT Envenom(23/5/43) is sadly without precision. It relies on the mechanic changes to poisons to get HaT and then pick up Vile Poisons + IP5. Plus, hit rating is littered all over our gear, I've removed points from Precision to put elsewhere currently just because I'm so ludicriously over the poison cap.

Went ahead and tried NHAT on the PTR, and it's definitely both more interesting, and more damage right now. With the astounding amounts of +hit being thrown at us, it's easy to drop Precision. The rotation is definitely more interesting too. Keep SnD and Rupture going, swap between Evis and Envenom. Makes HAT somewhat enjoyable and challenging to play.
