This quest can seem daunting if others are out there killing her, too, because her respawn rate is fairly slow from what I understand. Check out the link for the mob here

and see what others are saying. Also see that she spawns in two places, so you may need to walk around where you see the points on the map at that link I gave you. She's found at the top of the map, not really all the way down the riverbanks. Ask in General if anyone else needs to kill her and try to group with them so there's more eyes searching for her, and also that way you have a better chance of killing her -- if others are out there killing her and you're standing around waiting for her to respawn, it may be awhile. Group up to eliminate that! Good luck :)
