Paladin
* Sacred Shield: The damage absorption effect from this ability now triggers only once every 30 seconds.
Holy
* Infusion of Light: This talent now also reduces the cooldown on the effect of Sacred Shield by 12/24 seconds.
Protection
* Divine Guardian: This talent no longer increases the amount of damage transferred to the paladin from Divine Sacrifice. Instead it causes all raid and party members to take 10/20% reduced damage while Divine Sacrifice is active. In addition, the duration has been changed to 6 seconds, however the effect does not terminate when Divine Sacrifice is removed before its full duration.

Actually the quotes up top miss another part where Infusion of Light reduces the cooldown on the SS absorb effect by 12/24 seconds... so talented into something we already talent, it remains the same.
Edit: I did nearly nerdrage before I finished reading the updates and found that Infusion of Light change.
One thing that I really want them to change about SS though is weaker versions (none Divine Guardian guardian specced pallies and pallies with less SP than I have and so abosrb less) overwriting my stronger one.
Annoys me all out when a Pally tank refreshes SS on himself when mine is already there.

I hope the LoH change means the cooldown will be shorter so you can use it more often and in Arenas to save your buddy.

Need Before Greed will now recognize gear appropriate for a class in three ways: the class must be able to equip the item, pure melee will be unable to roll on spell power items, and
classes are limited to their dominant armor type (ex. paladins for plate).
Good way to $%^& off dps plate. What a bunch of BS.
Protip to Blizzard: Stop making leather better dps for plate wearers than plate dps gear is.
If leather dps drops that is in every way a upgrade for you, and youre prot with ret as offspec, and the rest of your group is cloth and greedy bastages, I see a flaw.

Area-of-Effect Damage Caps
: We've redesigned the way area damage is capped when hitting many targets. Instead of a hard cap on total damage done, the game now caps the total damage done at a value equal to the damage the spell would do if it hit 10 targets. In other words, if a spell does 1000 damage to each target, it would hit up to 10 targets for 1000 each, but with more than 10 targets, each target would take 1000 damage divided by the number of targets. 20 targets would be hit for 500 damage each in that example.

Wowhead should really instate a No-Personal-Attacks Policy, something like
this
, so that we can cut down on rubbish, flaming posts like these which only serve to aggravate other users and bring the reputation of this excellent site down to thottbot or the official forums levels.

Its stupid for people to be able to majority votekick people that are being d-bags or doing less dps than the tank (unless im tanking)?

Its angry....but we are angry at content being changed. Not the people changing it.
So far the only change that I'm really dreading is LoH. It's staying the same for now, but they are going to do something. Honestly, I think they might add forbearance to it. :-( That would suck :(

Paladin Changes
Upon death 1 piece of gear from your character or bags is disenchanted (down from 2)
Jumping disabled.
All Paladin armor models will now randomly default as war/dk models on login. We just cant be bothered anymore.
paladins that drink any ingame alcoholic beverage permanently lose 100hp. (damn sinner)
No longer able to dodge when equipping shield (its %^&*ing heavy)
Paladins
still
being able to survive things. 3 sec cooldown on incoming heals added. (pugs should see no change)
Forbearance added to Holy Light.
