I just posted this in another thread, but here's my blood tank idea:

I dropped WotN for MoM because of the 15 sec internal cooldown. I haven't run any tests, but it almost seems as if it might be more useful to put the points into MoM in order to get a bigger return on crit heals and threat (enhanced by subversion) as opposed to the damage reduced by WotN.
