If Soul Leech crits, it's because the actual spell crit, from what I saw from my 2 second view.
As for other passive abilities, no.

Both of those are already effected by crit because they're based on damage you deal with spells that can crit.
You shadow bolt for 1000, FSW will heal you for 20. If you crit a shadow bolt for 2000, FSW will heal you for 40. If you could get that 40 to crit for 80, it'd be double-dipping the crit. Shadow Priest's Vampiric Embrace used to work like that and they nerfed it.
