I still see you putting point weightings on things like Dodge/Parry. It just doesnt work like that. If you have 29% dodge and 20% parry, parry is going to be worth more. Ratio of dodge/parry should be 1.88. If Pawn doesnt scale by looking at your gear first then youre better off with RatingBuster if you can determine what number is higher than another.

i noticed you included excorcism as a viable spell for threat ... excorcism isnt worth it anymore since 3.2 when they put a cast time on it.. also hit cap is 263 and if your a draenei you can get away w/ around 220 and as for building threat it is excellent since ive become hit capped i rarely loose aggro to high dps output classes i.e. mages and hunters.
He suggests that for pulling. 1.5sec cast and you can instantly cast AD right after. Works best if you have SancBatt and the mob is undead or demon.

You have some errors, just looking at the Ret PvP page, on the shoulder enchants line you included the questline to get the helm enchant. Also the honored Hodir shoulder enchants are better than the normal PvP enchants (30 AP/10 crit is better than 40 AP).
On the weapon enchant section, you could say Berserking is worth 250 AP (over time).
On gemming for PvE, hit should be capped, however expertise should attempt to cap, however you never want to gem expertise (since it is a lot weaker than hit (pre-cap) and strength.

I know it doesnt, that's why i suggest using Rawr.
The numbers I provide are numbers based on what the "average" tank would be seeing for dodge and parry.
Basically, you want to have a lot of dodge on your gear and couple pieces with parry to be "optimal". The stat values I provide, if followed, will by themselves lean your gear more towards dodge.
If you want to get more accurate use Rawr (this is written on my site also).
By using Rawr you would just be importing your stats every now and then so you can compare gear in Pawn (this is how Pawn scales by looking at your gear, if you dont import stats from Rawr you have to use the somewhat accurate stat values i provide).
The point of my general stat values are to give a general idea of each stat and be able to compare gear with a considerable amount of accuracy, Rawr or some other program/addon that takes into account your current gear needs to be used if you want to pinpoint the amount of tankpoints on a item.
Straight from the site:
A lot of stat values change depending on your current stats (especially Dodge Rating and Parry Rating). So, I highly advise you work out your own stat values using Rawr. Under Options-->Ranking, set the scale to Tank Points and drag the Threat Scale down to 0 (so you aren't seeing how much threat each item provides; instead you will see the addition of the item's survival and mitigation). To get quick Pawn numbers, select Relative Stat Values as your slot and then the the drop down arrow on Export and click Copy Pawn String to Clipboard.
Why go through all that BS when its as simple as a 1.88 ratio? Take your parry %. (18) minus 10 from that (8). Muliply that by 1.88. (15) Now add 10. (25). 25 is how much dodge you can goto till parry starts becoming worth more. I dont understand the logic of guesstimating when you can get extremely precise with an easier method.
Or even easier, use RatingBuster and look at what item gives you more avoidance without doing a damn thing.
Finally, average tanks dont care about rawr or inputting weightings.

Just being petty, but....
Is there a reason the site is named after a Warrior DPS ability?
Edit:
Divine Sacrifice: Used incorrectly this spell can kill a tank who tries to abSeal of Righteousnessb too much raid damage. It's a good idea to use this spell a long with Divine Shield and is definately worth one point in my opinion.
Judicious use of the find/replace function without matching case, I believe. You might want to check if there are any other issues like this too.

It's name from "overpowered" and "paladin", hence "overpowerdin"
this is stemming mainly from the obvious overpowerdness of the ret pally in the very end of bc and early wotlk, the prot healing pally in arena in early and middle wotlk, and the tanking pally right after the 3.2 came out.
Are its sister sites called Overpowered Knight, Overpowerogue, Overpowarrior, Overpowemage, Overpoweredruid, overpowershaman, ect? By your logic you could create a site using any class and combining it with the word "overpowered", all classes have been OP at one point or another! :p

your max healing spec isn't that good tbh for raiding holy paladin. Better put those ret talents in prot tree to get
Divine sacr
- very usefull at high end raiding. Also, there are alot of fights where Aura mastery simply rocks :D Also what i do when our prot pally goes dps, i switch my talents so that i can have
Imp Devo aura
cause it is very good for at least one paladin in raid to have that talent.

From your Holy guide:
"Hand of Protection: Having an addon to alert you to who has aggro is very helpful, i know that GRID does this, and so you can Hand of Protection any heals or dps who need it easy with Clique. "
Healbot does this as well.
All you need to do is turn on the feature to monitor aggro. It will appear as a red line (scaleable to whatever size you want) under whomever has aggro. (can be multiple people at once depending on adds)
Then it is a simple matter of clicking whatever button combo you have set for HoP. (alt+ middle mouse for me)
Yup healbot is the 1 stop healing addon that does it all.
